
Nasturtium Vinegar

Nasturtium leaves

Instructions
- Collect clean nasturtiums flowers in a pint-sized jar.
- Completely cover the flowers with vinegar. Cover the jar with a lid and store in a cabinet or refrigerator for up to a month.
- When you are ready to use the infused vinegar, strain out the flowers. Store in the pantry or fridge with a tight-fitting lid. Great for subtly flavoring salad dressings, marinades, etc.
Notes
We used the leaves of Alaska Mix nasturtiums, but any variety will work well.
