Nasturtium Orange Salad

5 cups clean nasturtium flowers and young leaves 

2 oranges, peeled and sectioned

4 tablespoons olive oil

1½  tablespoons orange juice

Zest of one orange

¼ teaspoon lemon juice

teaspoon organic sugar

Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a medium bowl, combine nasturtium leaves, flowers, and oranges. 
  2. In a small bowl, whisk the remaining ingredients. 
  3. Drizzle over salad; toss to coat. 


The variety used in this recipe is called Rose Jewel Nasturtium. You can use any variety!
